If the fireworks festival is suspended or ended early due to strong winds or sudden bad weather during the event, it will not be considered a cancellation. Nuisance Behavior: Any actions that disrupt the operations of our facility or disturb other guests—such as heavy intoxication, drunkenness, shouting, or screaming—are strictly prohibited throughout the entire building. Prohibition of Climbing: Standing up on railings, ledges, chairs, or tables on the rooftop, 5th floor, 4th floor, and common areas is strictly prohibited. This poses a severe risk of falling, major injury, or death. Please prioritize safety while viewing. Prohibition of Leaning: Leaning your weight against the railings on the rooftop, 5th floor, 4th floor, or common areas is strictly prohibited.
